This is foraging with a difference. Learn how to breathe away the stresses of modern life before we go to find what we can forage in the area. I will take you through a simple meditation exercise, giving you a chance to connect to yourself and the Earth you sit upon. We will then take a gentle walk to find what plants and trees we could use in cooking, infusions and in medicine.
