
Wild Medicine
After a foraging walk, you will learn how to making healing salves from some of the plants we find.
With both myself and Martin, founder of Go Foraging as your guides, you will learn about and foraging medicinal plants growing all around us I will then take you through how to make a basic oil infused with botanicals, after which you will create your own healing salve, picking the plant oil to best suit your needs. Whilst we enjoy our herbal teas (organically grown or foraged) you will also learn how to make simple medicines to boost your immunity. A forager’s lunch of sourdough, ferments, pickles etc will also be provided.
